Designed for the distribution company to recover costs for facilities constructed by the company on a customer owned or leased property, as requested by the customer.
Charge for Residential Consumers: $15.320772 a day. Subject to change as new facilities are added, or currently installed facilities are retired.
Municipal Assessment Rider
Rider A-1
Applicable to customers in municipalities that receive a property tax under the Municipal Government Act or receive payment for specific costs which are not generally incurred by the company. It is the estimated percentage of gross revenue required to provide for the tax payable or specific cost incurred each year.

Municipal Franchise Fee Riders
Collected on behalf of local government as a charge to access municipal land to construct, maintain and operate distribution systems serving the residents of the city, town, or village. The local government council establishes the rate.

Balancing Pool Allocation Rider
Designed to collect or refund from customers charges from the Balancing Pool. The rate is flowed through from the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO).
Charge for Residential Consumers: 0.126 ¢/kWh. Updated annually.
Base Transmission Adjustment Rider
Allows for adjustments in the price for electricity transmission access. This rate rider applies to all electric service throughout the territory served by the company when a charge or refund is approved by the AUC.
Charge for Residential Consumers: 4.20%. Updated annually.
Quarterly Transmission Adjustment Rider
A variable rate rider that allows for adjustments in the price for electricity transmission access. This rate rider is designed to dispense the estimated System Access Service (SAS) deferral balance on the prospective basis for the proceeding quarter, as well as including previous quarter true-ups of actual revenues and costs related to Riders.
